A Guide to the Kalachakra Empowerment by Tony Duff:
View PDF The PDF file here contains a summation of the Kalachakra empowerment text by Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye.  The summary was written so that anyone taking the empowerment could easily follow and fully participate in the empowerment.  The text includes an overview of how the Kalachakra lineages came into Tibet and coalesced in Jamgon Kongtrul the Great.  The text also includes the specific mandala offering made repeatedly through the empowerment, again so that anyone taking the empowerment could easily follow.  This is the empowerment text and lineage usually presented in the Kagyu these days.  Nonetheless, the steps of the empowerment are common to all Kalachakra lineages so the text will be useful for anyone taking the empowerment in other lineages, for example with the Dalai Lama.

The Daily Practice of Co-emergent Bhagavat Kalachakra, Text by Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye, Translation by Tony Duff:
View PDF The PDF file here contains the daily practice text of single-deity Kalachakra written by Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye.  The Tibetan text is included after the translation.  This would be the text recommended for the daily practice of Kalachakra for anyone who has received the empowerment from a Kagyu guru such as H.E. Beru Khyentse Rinpoche, Tenga Rinpoche, Kalu Rinpoche, and so on.  However, it could be used by anyone who has had the empowerment as the way of doing the daily practice.  Includes Tibetan text.
